Install and Run the App
Fill Out Your Info
Enter tenant names, property address, phone numbers and email. Provide social security number, driver's license number, and date of birth.
Include only the information you want to provide. If a field such as social security number is left blank, it is left off of the application completely.
Fill out your references, past addresses and your employment history, and send applications again and again.
If you need to attend to other business, the app will save what you have worked on for your future use. You can also save up to three applications within the app for future use. You can also save a backup copy by saving the email you receive.
Get Your Custom Application
Choose your email destination, and click 'Send'.
As long as the device's email account is properly set up, you can click send once more on the email compose screen that pops up. That's it!
